Analyzing the Company's Future
I believe this company is becoming successful and will continue to grow and expand its capabilities within its animation.
Dreamworks Animation will keep going because Animation is a technology that is always improving. Its an art which means it is changing all the time with new styles, techniques and stories. People have been writing stories for years so they could never run out of stories for their films. There are new people with new ideas and opinions on everything which makes for different stories all the time. Dreamworks films can also teach kids valuable lessons. Morals change as time and society progresses which means new stories have to be created to display newer morals and lessons. There are constantly new artists with new ideas and styles for animation. Animation used to be stop motion drawings on plastic sheets, and has now graduated to being done on a computer. It can continue to grow with effects, programs. The biggest change will be the art style. Art styles are constantly changing and that would affect animation greatly. Animation used to be simple drawings with very animated fake movements. Now each character has every little detail all the way down to eyelashes. Dreamworks has even come up with a way to make bones and mussel underneath the characters skin to create the image of real life. Art will never stop changing.
Children love animated movies. From the time they are very little, children watch cartoons, and animated films. They love the bright colours, the unrealistic scenarios in the stories, sometimes the creatures that talk or can do human-like things.. They look up to the characters, even though they are not real, they love the magic that they supposedly have, they love to pretend to be their favourite hero. Kids love to dress up, and show off their favourite character. That will never grow old. Kids have always believed in characters that aren't real. They love these animated movies.
